How to get to the hotel

We've created this page to make it easier for you to access the Mediterrani Hotel in your private vehicle

The hotel is located in Calella de Palafrugell, at 55 Lladó Street and 40 Francesc Estrabau Street (with two entrances). Optional parking is located at 34A Lladó Street.

Calella de Palafrugell is accessed from the AP-7 motorway (Barcelona-France), exiting at Exit 9 Vidreres and taking the C-35 road, which then continues along the C-65 to Santa Cristina d'Aro and eventually becomes the C-31. After passing the towns of Platja d'Aro, Calonge, and Palamós, upon reaching Montras, exit towards Palafrugell-Playa and follow the signs to the GIV-6546 motorway, which leads from Palafrugell to Calella i Llafranc.

It should be noted that since 2024, the GIP-6543 highway, known as Carretera Vella, has had an access radar from an intermediate section to Calella, so if you are not authorized, you should avoid it.

At the end of the highway, Llafranc will be on the left and Calella de Palafrugell on the right, which is where we will head, taking Avenida Joan Pericot i Garcia.

At this point, there are two routes.

BY THE CALELLA RING ROAD

Continue straight along this street, which at the intersection with Calle Chopitea (which goes down to the center of Calella) becomes Avenida d'Antoni J. Rovira, until you find the signs for Hotel Mediterrani on the left. Turn onto Calle Costa Verde until you reach the supermarket at the end of the street.

Continuing slightly to the right along Calle del Port Pelegrí, you will reach the promenade that leads to the sea. At this point, turn left onto Francesc Estrabau Street (you can see the hotel terrace with its umbrellas). This section, although limited, is open to hotel guests. After 50 meters, you will see the hotel entrance.

ACCESS THROUGH THE CENTER OF CALELLA

This is the second access option. Continue straight along Calle Joan Pericot i García until you reach the intersection with Calle Chopitea (which leads down to the center of Calella), where you will turn left.

Going down Calle Chopitea, at the corner of Pintor Serra, you will find a sign that says "please turn left." To reach the hotel, continue straight (with a slight left turn) to Calle Lepanto. Take Calle Lepanto (there is a sign for the hotel at the intersection), turning left (after the CaixaBank branch).

On Calle Chopitea, after Calle Lepanto, there is a camera for access to the center of Calella, which you should not pass.

Once on Calle Lepanto, continue straight ahead and you'll be forced to make a 4-point turn, which leads to Calle Lladó.

The hotel is located at number 55, and the (additional) parking is located directly opposite, about 20 meters before reaching the hotel, at Calle Lladó 34A, with a white and red barrier with the hotel's name.

EASE OF USE WITH SUITCASES

For loading and unloading luggage, it's best to use the access at Calle Francesc Estrabau 40 (the seafront promenade), which provides direct access to the elevator and allows you to store your luggage while you go to Reception.

At Calle Lladó 55, there is also a space reserved for guest check-in and check-out.

We provide a map with the access sketch at the beginning.
