The different conditons that the HOTEL has established in the hotel and that the CLIENTS is obliged to comply with are:


a. No more people are allowed access to the rooms than the number registered in the register for each room.
b. The price of the rooms is paid for the expected occupancy in the registration, any variation of the guests in a room will mean an increase in price.
c. The type of bed (double or twin) is a customer preference, and the HOTEL will try by all means to satisfy this preference, but cannot guarantee it as it depends on availability.
d. The room number and its specific characteristics will not be defined by the HOTEL until the date of entry, rooms can be assigned within the same sales category.
e. Rest and a good atmosphere for all customers will be respected at all times.
f. Animals are not allowed in the establishment
You can enter the establishment 24 hours a day from Carrer de Lladó 55, the door at Carrer Francesc Estrabau 40 (facing the sea) will be open from 7:00 to 11:30.
h. Reception hours for the payment of invoices are from 8:00 to 20:00
i. Check-in can be done from 15:00 and the maximum check-out time is 12:00.
j. Restaurant hours are from 13:30 to 15:30 and from 19:30 to 21:30. The Bar is open from 8:00 to 22:30 (in some cases this time may be extended).
k. Breakfast hours are from 8:00 to 10:30. It will usually be served on the first floor, in our salon facing the sea, with a buffet. In case of few customers, it will be changed to an à la carte breakfast. It is not allowed to take away dining products.
l. It is not allowed to remove any object that is in the room. The hotel has beach towels (for a fee) that can be requested at Reception.
m. According to Spanish law, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
n. The hotel's parking has an extra cost and must be reserved in advance. The hotel has a closed place to store bulky equipment (bicycles, paddle surfboards, etc.).
o. The HOTEL is not responsible for objects left in the rooms.
p. In case of an object forgoten on departure, shipping and its management will be the responsibility of the customer.

Every year the HOTEL implements energy saving measures in the face of climate change and encourages its customers to be collaborators and reduce water and energy consumption, as well as the generation of waste.

In the case of groups, it will be necessary to send identity documents or passports prior to arrival by email.
